Medical Ethics-driven, experienced Professional Teams: Comprehensive Cardiac services have been fully recommissioned from 1st January 2018 by a team lead by Dr.N.Krishna Reddy, Senior Cardiologist and Co-founder of Care group of Hospitals. The Cardiology &Critical Care team consists of 4 PGDCC registrars, 4 critical care registrars, 2 full-time cardiologists, 6 visiting cardiologists, including Pacing & Electrophysiology specialists for rhythm disorder management, Pediatric specialists, and Heart Failure specialists. The Cardiac surgery team consists of one full-time cardiac surgeon and 3 visiting cardiac surgeons with expertise in pediatric, coronary, valvular, and aortic disorders.

SERVICES

Unique Cardiovascular Disease Prevention and Management Programs : Special programs are being offered for patients with acute heart stroke (ACS Care program), acute and chronic heart failure (HF CareProgram), cardiac rehabilitation services (post-MI and post-cardiac surgery)(CardiacRehab Care), and Cardiovascular Disease Prevention (CVD Preventive Care). The programs are run by specially trained teams of medical, nursing, and allied (diet, exercise, behavior therapy, homecare etc) professionals. The teams offer services in pre-hospital, hospital, out-patient, and home settings on the concept of Care Continuum. The programs are professionally designed with protocols for guideline-based therapies to give best outcomes at least cost.

Infrastructure

Infrastructure to handle advanced cardiac care: The facility consists of 13 Intensive care, 7 intermediate care, 6 post-cath care, 6-CT surgical intensive care beds along with floor beds and rooms. The centre offers non-invasive laboratory (ECG, Echo, Treadmill Stress Testing, Dobutamine Stress Echo, Holter, Ambulatory Blood Pressure monitoring, Table Tilt Test, Ankle Brachial Index, Foot exam system etc) services, 24/7 Cath lab services, and Point of care diagnostic services for rapid patient turnaround time. Cardiac Surgical complex is designed for both adult and pediatric cases.
